Anybody who wishes to submit a bid MUST obtain the documents from Gianforcaro Architects, Engineers & Planners Sealed Bids will be received for ceiling and lighting replacements at the Delaware Township School, 501 Rosemont Ringoes Road, Sergeantsville, New Jersey, together with all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and specifications. Bids will be received for a single overall contract. Bidders must be prequalified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction, in the discipline of General Contractor (C008) or General Contractor/Alterations and Additions (C009). Bids must be submitted on the designated Proposal Forms, in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the Proposal Identification Number. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid but not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00). Each bid must also include a Certificate of Consent of Surety stating that a performance/payment bond will be provided in the full amount of the contract. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after opening. All applicable federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations apply. Bidders and their subcontractors must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and possess a current Certification of Compliance. Bidders and their named subcontractors are also required to be registered with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue prior to the award of the contract. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive non-material informalities.
