Replacement of the cooling tower serving the energy plant at Wayne State College. Sealed proposals will be received at Campus Services - Facility Services, 704 Lindahl Drive, Wayne, NE 68787. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Wayne State College Energy Plant, 400 Lindahl Dr., Wayne, NE 68787. Attendance by all interested Contractors and Subcontractors is mandatory. Additional site observations must be coordinated and scheduled with the Owner. Bid Documents may be obtained from the offices of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. at 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 or 1822 "N" Street, Lincoln NE 68508. Digital downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $50.00 payable to Engineering Technologies Inc. An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Please Note: Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the BID DATE of the project to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
