Upper Skagit Indian Tribe Sewer System Seismic Retrofit Design The Upper Skagit Indian Tribe is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced civil engineering firms, licensed in Washington State, to provide preliminary designs (30%) and estimates together with a technical memorandum and the necessary survey, geotechnical, and environmental studies to retrofit sub-standard PVC gravity sanitary sewer lines, PVC force mains, concrete manholes, septic tanks, and appurtenances as required to meet EPA and FEMA design criteria for seismic hazard mitigation. Interested parties should notify the Upper Skagit Indian Tribe with an Intent to Apply by email. All correspondence regarding this RFP shall occur via e-mail.
