Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 800-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

Bid is for construction of a pavilion at Red Run Park. The Pavilion is to be 25' x 32' and is approximately 800 square feet. No electrical work will be completed with this bid. Scope of Work: o Demo the remaining gutter and fascia. o Demo of shingles and tarpaper on the entire roof. o New 6x6 posts to replace the damaged posts, with headers and knee bracing. o New trusses at damaged section, with plywood sheathing. o New Facia along gable and eaves. With T111 on gable ends. o New roof system on pavilion with flashing around chimney. o New gutters and downspouts on both sides of the pavilion. o Painting of new T111 gable end. o Cut out and repoint 50 linear feet of mortar at the chimney. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a bank check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality.
