Furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to remove recycled materials, trash, and refuse waste from the VA Western Colorado Health Care System at 2121 North Avenue, Grand Junction, CO 81501. Contractor shall provide containers and services including one 8-yard compactor (emptied three times per week with additional pickups as needed), two 8-yard trash bin containers (emptied twice per week), one 30-yard roll off dumpster (emptied twice per month with additional pickups as needed), disposal fees for hauls, twelve 96-gallon recycling carts (emptied once per week for aluminum, paper, plastic, and tin), one leased baler for cardboard with biweekly pick-ups, and recycling of wooden pallets (twice per month). Contractor is responsible for providing, installing, and maintaining the compactor and baler, ensuring cleanliness and safety at the pickup areas, immediate cleanup of any scattered waste, and all necessary disposal and recycling fees. Work must be performed according to the frequencies listed in the pricing schedule and requirements in the SOW. All submissions must include specifications, cut sheets, or brochures demonstrating compliance with the SOW. Quotes must be complete, responsive, and submitted by the deadline outlined.
