The scope of work includes repairing the apron and other exterior work at Engine Station 9, located at 239 Sumner Street, East Boston, MA 02128. Detailed requirements are further specified in the plans and specifications available electronically upon request. Bidders must submit a 5% bid bond deposit, a DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility approved in the applicable trade or category of work, and a DCAMM Update Statement. All bidders are directed to consult the bid specifications and plans for full information on all requirements applicable to this bid. Filed sub-bid trades are Masonry Work, Waterproofing, Damp-proofing, and Caulking. The general bid category is General Building Construction. A performance bond and labor and materials payment bond satisfactory to the Awarding Authority in the sum of 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder.
