Qualified contractors are invited to submit sealed bids for Kitchen Floor Repairs at Chapmanville Primary School. Bidding Documents have been prepared by ZMM Architects and Engineers. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond for five percent (5%) of the base bid. Bidders must register with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue and be licensed to perform work in the State of West Virginia, including providing their registration and contractor license numbers on the Form of Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities. The awarded contractor must deliver a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in a sum equal to the contract amount, within 10 days after award and prior to contract signing. Bidding Documents may be downloaded electronically by prime contract bidders after contacting ZMM Architects and Engineers, or obtained in hard copy from Charleston Blueprint by paying printing, binding, and mailing costs.
