Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Allis, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
In general, the work consists of: roadway reconstruction and subsurface utility replacement along Badger Avenue, First Street, Dairy Lane, and Main St. Subsurface utility replacement includes replacement of the water main and services, sanitary sewer and services, storm sewer, and electrical services within the project limits. The project includes concrete patio work and landscaping around the exterior of the Dairy Building, formerly known as the Cream Puff Pavillion. Additionally, a cast-in-place concrete block seat wall is planned on the south side of Main Street adjacent to Exploratory Park. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. Award is subject to final approval.
