The project is for siphon cleaning services at the Winnipesaukee River Basin. The scope includes work at the WRBP’s inverted siphon chambers, stormwater catch basins, septage receiving tanks, and the influent channels at the Winnisquam Pump Station in Laconia, NH. The contract also covers provision for unscheduled services on an as-needed basis. Contractors are responsible for their own errors or omissions, and it is recommended that interested firms visit the sites to assess access and the level of effort required. Proposals should include completion of Exhibits A, B, and C, as well as at least three recent references for similar work with contact names and phone numbers. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Siphon Cleaning Services” or via email, with confirmation of receipt required. All instructions regarding submission and inquiries are outlined, and it is each bidder's responsibility to check for addenda and assure timely delivery of their submission.
