Remodeling of a municipal facility in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 2,378-square-foot municipal facility.
Sealed bids will be received for Contract No. 13-2026: Occupied Space Carpet Removal and Replacement at 1201 W Branch Road, State College, PA. The project consists of removing and installing approximately 2,378 square feet of carpeting. Bidders may schedule appointments to inspect the areas designated for removal and replacement during normal business hours. Each bid must include a Certified or Bank Check or Bid Bond for ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to execute the Agreement, provide a Performance Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, and furnish evidence of required insurance coverage. All bonds must be executed by sureties listed in the current "Companies Holding Certificates of Acceptable Sureties in Federal Bonds and as Acceptable Reinsuring Companies" published in Circular 570 by the U.S. Treasury Department. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked for Contract No. 13-2026: Carpet Replacement and will remain open for 60 days. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive defects or irregularities, and accept any bid in its best interest.
