Description

Renovation of a military facility in Barstow, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

As of April 17th, 2026, all bids have been rejected and deemed unresponsive. The owner does not have plans to solicit this project in the future. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to repair one (1) ansul system at the Barstow Armory. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed and must include the IFB number and Contractor Business Name in the subject line. The prime contractor must possess a type C-16 - Fire Protection Contractor license. Technical questions regarding this solicitation will be addressed, in writing, and in accordance with the Questions and Answers portion of this IFB.
