Electronic bids are requested for elevator installation at two buildings, BL009 Poplars and BL069 Atwater, as part of a multi-building project. The scope includes all general, mechanical, and electrical construction work related to the elevator installation. Bidders must submit a unified bid for all work and adhere to the project specifications for electronic bid submission. Each bid must include: (1) a completed Minority, Women's and Veteran's Business Enterprise Participation Plan; (2) a bid security equal to 5% of the total bid; and (3) a written drug testing program fully compliant with IC 4-13-18. The Owner may reject any bid or waive irregularities and requires all documentation as specified. Bids must be submitted via the designated electronic platform by the deadline, and late submissions will not be accepted. All bidders must register on the specified plan room website to submit bids and are responsible for reviewing the bidding documents available on that platform.
