The Forest Preserve District of Cook County seeks a qualified and experienced firm or team of firms for Phase III Construction Engineering Services for the Des Plaines River Trail Improvement Project between North Avenue and Fullerton Avenue. The project involves the construction of approximately 1.33 miles of 10-foot-wide bike trail within the Forest Preserves, between North Ave. (IL Route 64) and Fullerton Ave, located in River Grove, IL. All work must be performed in accordance with Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Bureau of Local Roads and Street (BLRS) standards. Consultants are invited to submit a Statement of Qualification according to the requirements specified. All costs incurred in preparing and transmitting a response are the responsibility of the submitting party. Firms must meet requirements for participation of Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE/WBEs), with a participation goal of 0%. Proposals should not include dollar amounts; MWBE forms should indicate "to be determined" in applicable sections.
