Renovation of an educational facility in Murray, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,910-square-foot educational facility.

This project is for the Biology Building Penthouse Roof Replacement. The project consists of removing the existing roof down to the decking and installing 5,910 sf of build-up roof system over the properly prepared substrate. Bids will be received from contractors on a Lump Sum Amount for the total project. All phases of the work shall be submitted as described and on the official proposal form included with the conditions and specifications. Contractors must submit their bid in two separate submittals through the Lynn Imaging Website. Physical submittal of documents is not required. The first submittal consists of the experience of the firm, references and the proposed team. The second submittal is the Form of Proposal with Pricing. Bids shall be submitted only on the Official Forms supplied by Murray State University, Procurement Services. The listing of major subcontractors, unit prices, and material lists must be submitted with the bid. A prime bidder is to have a responsible authorized representative at the bid opening for post bid review of the apparent low bid that follows immediately after the opening and reading of the bids. Only those Prime Contractors who have obtained Plans and Bid Documents directly from Lynn Imaging will be eligible to submit a bid for this project.
