The project consists of the construction of Courthouse Sidewalk Improvements. The scope generally includes replacement of concrete sidewalk, curb, and gutter along the west side of N Ewing Street; partial replacement of curb and gutter on the east side of N. Ewing Street; roadway grading; asphalt pavement; and ADA improvements. All bids must adhere to the contract documents. Questions must be directed only to the designated point of contact as specified. A cone of silence is established prohibiting communication about the solicitation with any county official, employee, or agent other than the designated contact. Contractors should check for any addenda prior to submitting a bid. Bids require a bid bond or security in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid. Successful bidders must furnish a performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond, each for one hundred percent of the contract amount, and required insurance certificates.
