2026 Chip Seal Project The project generally consists of chip seal surfacing and epoxy paint striping on various county roads and Rural Improvement District (RIDs) in Lewis and Clark County, Montana. Questions related to this solicitation must be directed only to the designated point of contact for this solicitation: Jade Wills, Administrative Assistant II, jwills@lccountymt.gov, in accordance with Article 2.01 of Instructions to Bidders. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or other form of security as specified in Montana Code Annotated 18-1-203, payable to Lewis and Clark County, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful Bidders shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance, as required, shall be provided by the successful Bidder(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided.
