The County of Marquette seeks proposals from qualified firms for construction services involving the removal and replacement of two condensing boilers at the 104 Building at KI Sawyer. The scope of work includes: 1. Removing and disposing of one Mod Con 399,000 BTU boiler and one Munchkin 399,000 BTU boiler, which have been isolated from the variable primary piping system. 2. Installing two 399,000 BTU Viessman Vitocrossal 200 CI2 floor standing condensing boilers or equivalent, with an ECM boiler circulator for each boiler. 3. Reusing existing 4" PVC for combustion and exhaust air. 4. Reusing the existing header and air separator, and installing necessary valving to isolate each individual boiler. 5. Installing a floor mounted chemical pot feeder for chemical additions as needed. 6. Installing low water cut-offs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
