Project No: 14242.00 Warren Dunes Day Use Area - Solar & EV Chargers Warren Dunes State Park The Department of Technology, Management and Budget, in partnership with the Department of Natural Resources, is seeking a Design Build Entity (DBE) to provide services for the proposed placement, design, and construction of an approximately 74-kilowatt (kWDC) nameplate ground-mount photovoltaic (PV) solar array and six publicly accessible Level 2 EV charging ports (three 2-port Level 2 chargers) at the state park beach day-use area. The work includes supporting utilities and site work such as electrical distribution, transformer, meter, concrete, asphalt, and fencing as specified in the statement of work, as well as LARA plan review and permitting. All bid responses require proof of State Project Registration from the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity and must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS. Contractors may submit a maximum of two attachments for bid responses, with one being the bid documents and, if applicable, the other containing Qualified Disabled Veteran information. Proposals must be submitted prior to the stated deadline, as SIGMA VSS will not accept proposals after the deadline, even if partially uploaded.
