The project consists of the reconstruction of Old Town Hall Road from the Town line to E Helke Road, excluding the bridge, covering a length of 0.27 miles and a width of 22 feet. Proposals must be submitted in an opaque envelope marked with the name and address of the bidder. If sent via mail or another delivery system, the sealed envelope must be enclosed in a separate envelope marked with the notation "BID ENCLOSED" and addressed to Fortune M. Berg, Town Clerk, 2800 Ward Ave, La Crosse, WI 54601. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 10 days after the actual day of the opening. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject all bids. The work for which bids are asked includes the follow-ing: 0.27 mi x 22-foot Town line to E Helke Road (excluding the bridge).
