Sealed bids are solicited for district-wide elevator and wheelchair lifts inspection, maintenance, and emergency repair services within the West Chester Area School District, Chester County, Pennsylvania. All bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit. The winning bidder shall guarantee the bid price(s) for twelve (12) months starting July 1, 2026, with the option to extend the guarantee by written permission to the District. All bidding documents are available online at no cost via PennBid. The School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to make or not make awards in the best interest of the District.
