Bid No. 2025/26-40 EOC 300 and 800 Wing Roofing Restoration for Riverside Unified School District. Each bidder and subcontractor must be licensed to perform the work. License Classification: C39. Bids must conform with contract documents. Bidders must submit a list of designated subcontractors. District will permit substitution of securities for monies withheld to ensure performance. Each bid must include a security of no less than 10% of the total bid price, which can be cash, cashier's check, certified check, or bidder's bond executed by a California admitted surety.
