Site work for a pipeline in Wray, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a pipeline.
The Republican River Water Conservation District (RRWCD) is seeking proposals from professional construction firms for Phase I preconstruction services, which include constructability reviews, value engineering, estimating, and scheduling activities, and for Phase II construction services serving as general contractor. This includes further design review, procurement of subcontractors and vendors, self-performance of certain construction elements (where permitted), and full construction and commissioning of an expansion to the Compact Compliance Pipeline owned and operated by RRWCD. The scope includes: - Construction of approximately 12 miles of pipeline (diameters 12" to 24") - Six new well sites with installation of pumps, electrical equipment, pump houses with basic HVAC, pipework and valving, and hydropneumatic tanks - Modifications at the pipeline's discharge structure to the large diameter pipe and valve - Construction of several miles of access roads to some new well sites Proposals must be submitted in writing, signed by an authorized representative, transmitted via email, marked "RRWCD COMPACT COMPLIANCE PIPELINE EXPANSION PROPOSAL" with the submitter's name. RRWCD reserves the right to waive informalities, accept or reject any proposal in whole or in part, issue addenda, or cancel/reissue the request at any time.
