Site work for a water / sewer project in New Sewickley Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the construction of a stormwater conveyance system with new inlets, a new endwall, a 24-inch storm sewer, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. All bidders must purchase the bid documents in PDF format for a non-refundable deposit from the designated provider. Proposals must be submitted on the provided forms and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for ten percent of the bid amount, payable to the Township to guarantee contract entrance if awarded. The procurement is subject to requirements of the Pennsylvania Steel Products Procurement Act and, for contract values over $25,000, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and Public Works Employment Verification Act. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any informalities. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety days after the scheduled receipt date.
