This is a purchase and delivery requirement for two (2) brand-name AERCO Benchmark BMK 2000 boilers on behalf of the 2d Civil Engineering Squadron (2 CES) located at Barksdale AFB, LA. The boilers must conform to the customer's salient characteristics. Installation will be handled by members of the 2 CES. Delivery is Freight on Board (FOB) Destination. Contract award will be based on price and technical evaluation to determine best value. Bidders should review attached provisions, clauses, and salient characteristics. Offers are requested for the specified items. No award will be made until funds are available, and the government may cancel the solicitation at any time without obligation to reimburse any offeror for costs incurred.
