Remodeling of a military facility in Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
This is a purchase, delivery, removal and installation requirement for Carpet Replacement on behalf of the 2d Munitions Squadron (2 MUNS) located at Barksdale AFB, LA. Carpet installers shall purchase and install carpet from one of the awarded Tier I contractors under the USAF Carpet II program. All terms and conditions, including the NTE pricing established in the Tier I contracts, shall be incorporated into all subsequent Tier II contracts. Contractors must adhere to the requirements in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and the customer's salient characteristics. Quotes must include Freight on Board (FOB) Destination as the shipping method and provide detailed information on the product(s) being offered, including product/model number(s) and comprehensive product description. Offerors must submit a single, comprehensive quote that fully meets the required specifications, including agreement to all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation and any amendments. The contract award will be determined based on price and technical value to determine best value. Questions must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer listed below by 1:30 PM Central Daylight, Monday, 08 June 2026. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and services required to deliver, remove, and install carpet in the 2d Munitions Squadron (2 MUNS), Bldg. 7306 at Barksdale AFB, LA.
