Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) pipe insulation, removal, replacement, and installation services are required to support facility infrastructure. The work includes providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform aluminum jacketing and cladding installation on exterior HVAC piping systems. Aluminum cladding must be properly secured using banding and screws, and all joints, penetrations, and termination points must be sealed with mastic or other approved sealants to prevent moisture intrusion. All insulation and jacketing installation must be performed in accordance with the specified requirements unless otherwise directed. The contractor will support ongoing maintenance and repair needs under a Blanket Purchase Agreement over a multi-year ordering period, ensuring compliance with applicable service labor standards and wage determinations for the locality.
