Provide all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary to equip EOD Building 7625 with four fully functional, electrically controlled bay doors. Work includes removal of two existing interior compound bay doors and installation of two new 12-foot by 16-foot insulated rolling steel doors, as well as repair of two existing exterior compound bay doors by furnishing and installing required equipment and dedicated electrical circuits. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work dated 20 March 2026 and shall comply with applicable Unified Facilities Criteria, International Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Codes, the Architectural Barriers Act, and NFPA Life Safety Code. The performance period for all required services is 60 calendar days.
