The requirement is to repair one non-operational JLG Lift (Field Number: JLG3) in support of aircraft maintenance operations at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. The contractor must pick up the lift on-site at Barksdale AFB, transport it to their off-site repair facility, and deliver it back to Barksdale AFB after completing all repairs. Work includes coordinating all transport logistics, flushing the hydraulic system, replacing lift and steering cylinder seals, and installing a new hydraulic main swivel motor to restore full 360-degree rotation and propulsion functionality. The contractor must use brand-new (not refurbished) parts, be fully insured, and possess all relevant professional certifications for this specialized equipment maintenance and repair. The contractor is responsible for all logistics, labor, tools, and lawful disposal of all hazardous fluids and removed components.
