Site work for a water / sewer project in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Coal Creek Utility District intends to install backup generators at two existing lift station sites within the City of Newcastle. At the Lake Boren Lift Station, the project includes the installation of a new natural gas generator within a sound enclosure, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), Manual Transfer Switch (MTS), generator pad, minor utility adjustments, and electrical connections. At the Olympus 4 Lift Station, the project includes the installation of a new diesel generator within a sound enclosure, ATS, MTS, generator pad, block wall, minor utility adjustments, and electrical connections. The District wishes to start the project immediately after the award and to have all work completed within the time specified in these contract documents. A price is therefore requested for the work described herein and shown in the accompanying drawings.
