The City of Centralia, Illinois will receive sealed bids for a Pavilion for Laura Leak Park. The work involves supplying the materials, labor, equipment, permits, licenses, miscellaneous supplies, and all necessary incidentals to provide and install a 30 foot x 60 foot pavilion at Laura Leake Park in Centralia, IL 62801. Bidders must read and fill out the bid forms completely. The bid proposal shall be sealed and plainly marked on the outside of the envelope "Pavilion for Laura Leake Park." Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit of 5% of the total bid, provided as a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond made payable to the City of Centralia, Illinois. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of thirty days after the actual opening date. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept portions that appear to be in the best interest of the City and within the approved budget.
