Bids are invited from prospective general contractors for the Sawyer Park Asset Replacement Project. Bids must be submitted to JoAnna Edwards, Business Analyst, or designee, at the Bend Park and Recreation District Office, 799 SW Columbia Street, Bend, OR 97702, no later than 2:00 PM Pacific Time on May 14, 2026, in accordance with the Bid documents. Late bids will not be accepted. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM on April 23rd, 2026 at 62999 O.B. Riley Road, Bend, OR 97701 in the parking area. Bid documents will be posted at Premier Builders Exchange at http://premierbx.com/, under Public Works. Prime bidders are encouraged to register with Premier Builders Exchange as a plan holder for this project. This contract is for a public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
