This project consists of the repair of launch facility concrete at one or more launch facilities. Work includes repair of concrete joints, cracks, and delaminated or otherwise damaged concrete surfaces. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, supervision, services, and materials necessary to execute and satisfy the contract requirements. The work will be performed at launch facilities located on Malmstrom Air Force Base and is anticipated to be awarded as a requirements-type contract with a five-year ordering period. The expected aggregate contract capacity is $4,250,000, with individual task orders ranging from an estimated minimum of $2,000 to a maximum of $4,250,000. This is a sources sought request for information only and is intended to support market research and acquisition planning. The Government seeks to identify interested and capable small business concerns, including 8(a), HUBZone, Woman-Owned Small Businesses, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, that can perform as a prime contractor. Responding firms must be capable of holding or obtaining all required certifications and licenses necessary to perform this type of work, particularly those required in the State of Montana. Responses will be treated as information only and not as a proposal, and the Government will not reimburse costs associated with responding.
