Cleveland Community College is soliciting quotes from qualified HVAC contractors to replace the water source heat pump (WSHP) in the Paksoy Building Room 3126. The awarded vendor will provide a new 3-Ton WSHP, remove the existing unit, disconnect high and low voltage, relocate supply and return water piping, rerun and connect duct work, install the new WSHP, reconnect water lines, drain, and electrical, and install a new space temperature sensor. The unit must include specific features such as copper-water coil, heating & cooling circuit, variable ECM-constant torque, Symbio 400B, condensate overflow sensor, matte faced insulation, non-ducted filter rack, standard 5-year compressor warranty, stainless steel drain pan, first year labor warranty, and integration with BACnet communication. The vendor will be responsible for all permits, mechanical start-up, testing, and verification of proper operation. Bidders must provide a company profile, certifications, references from similar contracts within the last five years, and a certificate of insurance upon award. Quotes must be valid for 90 days and conform to North Carolina General Terms and Conditions.
