Site work for a water / sewer project in Shelby, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replace water lines damaged by Hurricane Helene (Plan Set #1 – 7 Creek Crossings; Plan Set #2 – Rollingbrook Court). Each proposal must be made on the blank forms provided in the contract documents. The proposal forms and an entire copy of the executed contract documents must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed as specified. The name, address, and license number of the bidder must be plainly written on the outside of the envelope and the envelope marked 'HURRICANE HELENE REPAIRS.' Bids may be held for up to 30 days for review and qualification. Cleveland County Water reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
