Reference number: 20139106 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-04-27 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 2 Description PUBLIC TENDER NOTICE The City of Bois-des-Filion wishes to receive offers for construction work, namely for the repair of the exterior finishes of the Maison Limoges-Perron, located at 501, boul. Adolphe-Chapleau. The work includes, but is not limited to, stripping, sandblasting and oiling of all exterior doors and windows, replacement of louvers, replacement of damaged coating parts, and painting of the exterior wood coating. The contract will start after it has been awarded and will take place over a period of approximately six (6) weeks. To be considered, the tender must be accompanied by a bid security of at least ten per cent (10%) of the total amount tendered (taxes included), valid for a period of ninety (90) days following the date on which the tenders were opened, in one of the forms described below: . a certified check, or a bank draft, made payable to the City of Bois-des-Filion; or . a bid bond issued by an insurance company authorized to act as surety by the Autorite des marches financiers du Quebec (AMF). The tender guarantee must also be accompanied by a letter of commitment, issued by an insurance company holding an insurer's permit issued by the AMF and authorizing it to carry out the guarantee activity, stating that a performance bond and a surety bond for the contractor's obligations in respect of wages, materials and services, each representing fifty percent (50%) of the total amount tendered (taxes included), will be granted to the bidder if their offer is selected.
