Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Waterville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Sealed bids are invited for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the 2026 Sidewalk Program. The project includes removing and replacing 234 sidewalk slabs on Second Street, Fourth Street, and Fifth Street, as well as replacing 16 brick curb ramps on Second Street. Bids must be signed and submitted in a sealed envelope marked for the 2026 Sidewalk Program and accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or bank cashier's check for 10% of the bid amount as a guarantee. Successful bidders are required to enter into a contract within twenty days of award. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates and provide an affidavit regarding delinquent personal property taxes. Upon award, the successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, Certificates of Insurance, and an affidavit per ORC Section 3517.13. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, and adjust quantities.
