Sealed bids are requested for the demolition of a residential structure located at 18587 Blair Street, Whitehall, WI. The project includes demolition of the structure, removal and proper disposal of all materials, backfilling and grading of the site, and final leveling and seeding of the area. Asbestos abatement has already been completed, and documentation verifying abatement is available upon request. The Whitehall Community Library reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the library.
