The project is to provide planning services to create a Benson Corridor 20-Minute Neighborhood Plan and an associated guide to implementation. The purpose is to augment the 2044 Comprehensive Plan by using original analysis and community engagement to create a vision for the corridor and outline steps for implementation. The major deliverable is the Corridor Plan with an implementation guide. The effort will be supported by a transportation consultant procured under a separate solicitation. Submittals should include: firm name, office location(s), phone, and email; names of Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager; and number of employees in each firm proposed to the project. Submittals must be delivered to the specified address or email by the stated deadline. Consultants will be held to ADA and Civil Rights requirements, including Federal EEO standards. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be given full and fair opportunity to participate and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, or national origin.
