Work consists of, but is not limited to: removal of existing windows and trim; trimming or adding material to ensure windows meet wraps and sills; supplying and installing vinyl windows, self-adhesive tape, sealant, trim and metal flashing; painting trim boards to match existing; repairing, painting, and patching interior window wraps and sills. The contractor is fully responsible to verify locations, sizes, operational orientation, and quantities of all windows and sliding glass doors. Participation in the PSE incentive program requires documentation of existing metal framed window rough opening sizes and completion of some paperwork. Bidders must have a current certificate of registration as a contractor for the last three years under the same name and have completed the required L&I training.
