King County Library System requests statements of qualifications from architectural-engineering teams for the interior redesign of spaces using provided style and design guides for the public and staff areas in the existing 22,600 SF Kent Library located at 212 2nd Ave N, Kent, WA 98032. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the specified online bidding portal. Proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be considered, and no proposer may withdraw their proposal after the submission deadline. The King County Library System reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason or no reason, to waive informalities and irregularities, and to reject any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the request for qualifications.
