Site work and paving for a road / highway in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work consists of the improvement of Coulee Hite Road at the PCC Railroad Crossing in Sections 16 and 17, Township 25N, Range 40E, W.M. The project includes removing asphalt concrete pavement, roadway excavation including haul, embankment compaction, HMA CL. PG64S-28, beam guardrail type 31, removal of existing track, construction of track, concrete panel crossing, grade crossing signal system, signing, pavement markings, and other associated work in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Bidders must submit a bid deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount in the form of a surety bond, postal money order, cashier's check, or certified check. Surety bonds must be issued by a corporate surety licensed in Washington and use the County's Bid Deposit Surety Bond Form or equivalent without material alterations. Project documents are available digitally at no cost or in print at bidder expense. The Board of County Commissioners may reject any or all bids and waive informalities. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
