Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tuskegee, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction project at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System East Campus. The scope includes upgrading facility fiber throughout the buildings to each Telecommunication Room, providing redundant fiber runs to each Telecommunication Room set, and providing redundant fiber mains from the provider point to the demarcation room. Additional work includes installing new and additional electrical and telecommunications outlets throughout the facility and within each Telecommunication Room, upgrading facility power distribution and HVAC distribution as required, performing physical security assessments and implementing required upgrades, conducting hazardous material abatement and removal, and completing all other disciplines necessary to fully execute the project in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Location: Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System, East Campus, 2400 Hospital Road, Tuskegee, AL 36083. In accordance with VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of construction is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000.
