Site work and paving for a road / highway in St. Clair, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work is located on Oil Springs Line within the Township of St. Clair, from 700m west of Telfer Road, approximately 2,200 m to Brigden Road. Generally, the work includes pulverizing the existing surface treatment, surface grading, placement of additional granular, and placement of tar and chip surface treatment in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, and Contract Documents. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. The Municipality will not be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation. Question Deadline 04/28/2026 at 12:00 PM ET
