The project consists of the "West Lafayette Campus – Campus Chilled Water Valve Replacement – 2026." Bids must be for complete construction only, properly executed and submitted on Form 96, accompanied by executed Form 96A giving financial data as recent as possible, and a Non-Collusion Affidavit together with other documents as required by the instructions to bidders. Each bid must include the Principal Subcontractor Questionnaire listing the names of the bidder's principal subcontractors, a written plan for a program to test the contractor's employees for drugs in accordance with IC 4-13-18, and a Contractor's Combination Bid Bond and Bond for Construction made payable to The Trustees of Purdue University in an amount equal to the maximum total of the base bid and any alternate bids. Bids must adhere to the Instructions to Bidders and the General Conditions of the contract, specifications, plans, and drawings for the project. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any terms, conditions, provisions, informality, irregularity, or omission in any bid if deemed to the advantage of The Trustees of Purdue University.
