Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in West Salem, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a 4,826-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; 2,015-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; and 30,653-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed bids are invited for the reconstruction of the West Salem Downtown Municipal Parking Lot at 140 Mill Street South (corner of Memorial Drive and South Mill Street). The work generally includes pavement removal and reconstruction of the approximately 30,653-square foot municipal parking lot. Alternate Bid No. 1 is requested for pavement removal and reconstruction of the approximately 4,826-square foot north/south alley adjacent to the municipal parking lot (exiting to Memorial Drive). Alternate Bid No. 2 is requested for pavement removal and reconstruction of the approximately 2,015-square foot east/west alley (between South Leonard and the municipal parking lot). Prequalification of Bidders will not be required. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of thirty days after the date of opening. The Village of West Salem reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
