Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Okanogan, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Sealed bids are invited for the Chesaw Road Drainage project, CRP No. 9480-10, at Okanogan County Road No. 9480-10 Chesaw Road at MP 3.9. The project involves the replacement of an 8-foot CMP identified as a fish barrier with a new 15' 4" span arch pipe, repaving of the road surface at the location, and installation of guardrails where warranted. Additional work will be done as specified in the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Standard Specifications. All bid proposals must include a bid deposit of 5% of the bid proposal amount in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond. The successful bidder must enter into the contract and provide a satisfactory performance bond within the time specified, or the bid deposit will be forfeited. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Bids must be submitted on the original documents provided and received by the stipulated deadline. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding. Maps, plans, and specifications are available for purchase or inspection as described.
