Location: New Albany IN The contract will consist of the following: A new 5.0-mile multiuse asphalt and paver trail beginning at Mt. Tabor Road and ending at the Floyd County-Clark County line at St. Joseph Road utilizing the abandoned railroad bed. The trail includes road crossings with enhanced pedestrian crossing signals and trail nodes, along with culvert and bridge improvements.. Bidders shall submit all questions to the Engineer, in writing, via email to Deb Ashack, (dashack@hwcengineering.com). B. Questions will be taken until 5:00 PM local time Thursday, June 18 th , 2026. At this time no further questions will be answered, or changes made to the documents
