Description

Site work and new construction of a military facility in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade, 150-bed military facility.

The project includes the design and construction of two (2) new 2-storey accommodation buildings at Wolseley Barracks, London, Ontario with approximately 150 total bed spaces, including any necessary upgrades to existing infrastructure and utility services. A new access road will be required to reach and service these buildings as well as parking. It is anticipated this project will be delivered through a Modified Design-Build (MDB) delivery model. This project may include Indigenous businesses participation component in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB).
