Site work and paving for a road / highway in Beavertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals are requested for the following contracts: Paving - furnish and place 320 tons of flexible base replacement; Fiber Seal - furnish and place 5,627 square yards of fiber seal coat. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its supplements. Proposals must use forms provided by the municipality. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract must accompany the bid. The lowest responsible bidder for each contract must provide a certified check or performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
