Bids are invited for the modernization of the Village Hall Elevator. The work is officially known as Village Hall Elevator Repair & Modernization, as described in the Specifications section. Bids must be submitted on DemandStar.com. A bid bond is required. Participation at the pre-bid meeting is required to submit a bid. Bidders must email to receive an invitation to the pre-bid meeting before the specified deadline. Written acknowledgment of each addendum issued must be included with the submitted bid. Oral explanations are not binding. Questions must be submitted in writing. All communications with bidders are restricted except as specified.
